Muizenberg

I met a good friend for coffee this morning.  Friends are so important in life. I was early so had time to walk on the beach and watch seagulls eating their breakfast.  Standing out there it feels like the world has not changed since I was a child, yet so much has changed that reading the news makes me feels sad and helpless.
