Good Friday
It was a very good Friday: the weather was beautiful, the food was delicious and the company was great. Chris, Dad and I went to Attingham Park with probably half the population of Shrewsbury! It was extremely busy but it's so big that there were lots of places to get away from the crowds. We chose the Woodland Walk which is the first time I've been on this route and found lots of interesting finds. Somebody with a sense of humour had buried this dummy's arm and there was also a 'crocodile' in the swamp!
Chris and I were celebrating 26 years since we met and Dad treated us to a meal at the Old Hand and Diamond just over the Welsh border. The food was delicious (and plentiful - which is very important with 3 teenage lads) and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
