Fortunate and thankful

We have had consistent good rains, unlike the rest of the country.
Yesterday afternoon this part of the Klein Karoo had a downpour second to none. A good way to approach the winter which is on our doorstep.

A few years ago we had a drought that almost became unbearable, but ever since our water tanks have more or less remained full!

Much to be thankful for.
