barefoot
went for another run tonight (my first post-15-minutes-without-stopping one) and thought it was time i started doing my cool-down stretches barefoot to try and at least start getting my legs and feet and hamstringytendons ready for running longer in my new vibram five fingers when i order them in a couple of months.
note the massively longer second toe. i've got my grandad to thank for that one.
