Emergency Blip No. 3

I swear that Mountain Warehouse are designing their T shirts with me in mind! Picked this one up today and how appropriate is this, bearing in mind that I am now nearly 260 miles into the 1000 mile challenge.
Although 3 consecutive 9hr shifts on my feet are beginning to take their toll. The family are out partying tonight, I am in recuperating!
