What a difference a week makes!

I took the same three pictures last Saturday before the builders started, and thought it would be interesting to do the same again a week later. A third of the house has gone and there is mess everywhere, but strangely it's starting to look better.
Dad has been to the house today to sort out some electrics (THANKS DAD!), while Stu and I have had an unsuccessful kitchen shopping trip. When the price quoted is three times that they originally suggested you know it's time to shop around.
