Inverleith Chalkworks

The paths in the park have been chalked up.

A slow day after yesterday's heroics (although T tells me he once did the London-Edinburgh route in an 'old' Mini in 13 hours and he and a mate once rode down through the night on their trials bikes to go to a big show at Earl's Court).

A few Stockbridge charity shop purchases, lunch at the Broughton Street Deli, and a foray to JL's for T to buy himself a new TV. Some split grilled langoustine with garlic butter for tea. Absolutely delicious although the stock I made with the rest turned into a gloopy gluey affair.

Wind picking up again. But there are horse chestnut leaves coming out on East Fettes Avenue.
