The Lonely Shoe

We took the little one swimming today to give her some special time with Mummy and Daddy.

A pretty perfect outing really, especially when it decided to rain heavily at the moment we got back in the car.

Less perfect a day I'm sure for the owner of this lonely article. They must be hobbling glumly in the rain, pining for the croc they lost and miss dearly.

I, on the other hand, took pleasure in the art of its presence and made a story out of it.
