easter saturday hike

this amazing photo courtesy sasha. up early on saturday morning to drive with friends to the tijuca forest, and hike about 1.5 hours up to the highest point, pica da tijuca. the walk back down followed by a well-earned picnic, and later, an afternoon nap, and french food at la villa in botafogo to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary, which this year coincides with easter sunday.
