Magnificent!

Fabulous, magnificent day, took a drive into the Everglqades early this morning with a view to walking across a duckboard route through some swamplands to get some bird photos, so the 400mm lens, tripod and gimbal head came too, but within 100 metres of leaving the car, Gail had been bitten 6 times by mosquitos and horse flies; so that activity got a rain check.

Adjourned to Everglades "city" for breakfast - best breakfast in the US so far, then took a boat trip across the national parkland (water) where we saw more Osprey (from a distance), Egret, Heron. Turkey Vulture, and Dolphin, who surfed the wake of the boat expertly. Couldn'y possibly blip anything else. Tomorrow is our 30th Wedding anniversary, so don't expect a "photographic" blip - might even run to a portrait.
