Too big for the playground

After eating the customary Easter breakfast and dessert of copious chocolate, we took ourselves to Brooklands zoo for a wander and play. Miss 8 and 11/12ths found herself the oldest kid in the playground and caught between two worlds. Both desperately wanting to play but not wanting to be laughed at for playing, she sat down to commiserate her tough life. It's only going to get harder sweetpea, I'm sorry.
