Birthday six

Tomorrow is my granddaughter's sixth birthday, we celebrated today.
Her favorite gift was the jug of Vermont maple syrup, her very own. We also gave her a compass, two crocheted dish cloths for her collection, six dollars, a few books and the Ramona movie.

I watched Cooked on Netflix which inspired me to make a sourdough starter. I have done this before but didnt take care of the starter. My goal is to bake whole wheat bread with the starter for my family.
Sourdough seems to be trending.
