Sunrise

We were up early this morning as Hannah was taking students to a debating competition and I went out on a training ride. 3 weeks till the triathlon but a week in Thailand coming up. Not read that the brownlees have a week relaxing and drinking beer 2 weeks out from a race. Maybe they'll read this and change their training regime!!
