Oven ready

This is our Easter lamb boulangere, as suggested by famous Irish chef, Neven Maguire.

All the usual ingredients plus some sliced fennel, which is unusual, so we shall see how it goes.

We shall start with a glass of Chablis with our St. Jacques entree and then move on to the Rioja with the lamb.
