So, that's how they did it.

We were in Carlisle, wandering twixt carpark & where we wanted to be when I spotted these "Pilings".
Thinks - "They look a wee bit permanent, wonder what they're for?"
Fortunately there's this bad habit called Back Blipping.
Had I put it straight onto Blip I'd have missed the fact that, in reality, they are quite temporary; it's merely that you need to see it close up/bigger, to spot the fact that they're actually bolted to 50gal drums of cement & not set into the floor as they appeared 1st glance.
