Colour or mono?

It was a very cold and blustery morning but we went for a walk to the harbour to blow away the cobwebs. This picture doesn't seem to know whether to be in colour or mono(no cheating involved)
Luckily the sun prevailed and the Burry Port Lifeboat had a good afternoon for their open day.
