After the blue skies of yesterday, today was windy and wet but now the sun is shining, and after time change, it is still light at 19.30 which is good.

A third day at home and haven't really done anything again apart from walking the hound and eating and drinking..Sleeping better though. Another easy run today which felt a little better than before but still not quite right.
