We have a rainy days photo competition coming up and I was hoping for some umbrellas and movement in the narrow alley near the market hall in Penistone - not enough rain at the time though.  I even saw a few people in short sleeves (they're tough in Penistone).

Once home I thought I'd try and capture the rain drops in focus while looking for areas of colour to brighten up the background. This won't make it into a competition but sometimes these kind of images do work and are fun to try.
