Please can I have a lick?

I took Nuala for a long walk along the beach today, we did about six miles in all and managed to avoid all of the showers.
We stopped for the first ice cream of the year, a really yummy chocolate Purbeck ice cream.
Suddenly I had Nuala's full attention, she did get the end of the cone with a small amount of ice cream on top which made her day.
