Angry sky

The day didn't start promisingly, and it didn't look or sound it outside, but it cleared by late morning and although the rain never seemed to be far away.
Never did much today, never seem to at the weekend, felt a bit disorientated today with the clocks springing forward an hour.
When the sun came out, the birds came out in my garden, the rooks did their customary fly by, wood pigeons working hard at soaring, then gliding like a brick, blackbirds singing, robins chirruping in the trees, blue tits and a newcomer to my garden, a grey wagtail. I haven't seen any chaffinches in a while though.
