Love the world
For the first time in 27 years, one of our nuclear family wasn't here for the Easter egg hunt. So we didn't have one.
We ventured out when the sun came out and scurried back when the rain started. Twice. The second excursion was to observe the reproductive habits of cranes (extra). For months there have been only three. Now a green-winged bird is helping the sixth gestate. I'm entranced and hope I get to see it in operation before the crane fledges.
