Bright and Brief

These glowing tulips and the brochure from the Kehinde Wiley exhibit were the most colorful things I could find on this dark, damp, dreary day.

We've had a delightful overnight visit from friends, rich in wide-ranging conversation and good food. They left in early afternoon, and after making a start at catching up on journals here (me) and taking a nap (Phil), we're heading out for a yoga class (5-6:30pm) to make up for one of our regular Friday classes that we missed.

The week ahead is unusually full as well -- it's all go, as Phil's dad used to say!
