FPSO Glen Lyon & Supporting Act

South of Las Palmas we met this transport. It is the FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage And Offloading) Glen Lyon with an awful lot of supporting tugs around her. The FPSO is brandnew and built in Korea. She left Korea december 2015 and was towed around Cape Good Hope bound for Haugesund Norway. Here you see here kept in position by three tugs with a supply vessel alongside transferring fuel to the FPSO. Two other tugs are replenishing inside Las Palmas. Tonight three tugs will be connected to the main bridles again and the transport will start with her last leg of het long voyage to Norway.
