Curlew in the snow...

I opened the curtains this morning to find snow. It had been forecast but I didn't really believe it...nice to see, but it didn't last long. There was quite a bit on the tops I heard but again, didn't last so long. I went out when the weather cleared a bit hoping for a walk somewhere but it kept alternating between pouring down and huge winds so I didn't get a walk.

This pic of 2 curlew has been helped quite a lot by Photoshop. The extras are an oyc with an itch & strangely human looking feet as it itches. The 2nd extra is a hare I spotted sheltering from the weather...
