Zander, anyone?

Finished my morning coffee in the sun today (started it in bed).

I had hardly got it into my system when I had to start making tzatziki for the lunchtime barbecue. Then start the charcoal. Then cook the salmon, Zander & prawns.

It was all lovely.

Is there an English word for Zander? Don't think we have it. A freshwater fish.

Now I smell of garlic and barbecued fish. Ideal!
