Caught Red-Faced

We spent the morning doing household chores, and I spotted this lovely pair of goldfinches through the window (any excuse to stop doing housework!).
They were there for about 15 minutes or more, and then flew off before returning for several more marathon sessions. I carefully opened the back door and went outside to take this. I'd already taken loads through the glass, but I wanted some pictures without. I expected the birds to disappear, but they were more interested in the niger seed.
I would think that it's Mr Goldfinch at the back, with his very showy red face.
