Bye bye bunny

Making a special cake for Easter is a tradition passed down the generations. I remember wonderful Easter cakes from childhood, baked by my mum. Then for years it was my pleasure to make one as an Easter treat for the family. Here is this year's beautiful disappearing bunny cake with a red velvet centre - created by my daughter.
