Corin was busy building some sort of contraption outside.

I was sat inside wishing someone would take similar sort of action with my left hip and leg.  The pain is epic today.  Horrible, burning, throbbing, searing pain in my left hip, radiating down my leg, up into my back and across my abdomen and absolutely NOTHING touches it.  There's no relief. I really really need this to end.  I am going to have to go to my GP practice, explain this whole sorry saga to a new doctor, in the absence of my wonderful GP, and see what the hell else they can do to give me some relief from this.

Guy Martin's world record attempt at Wall of Death has provided some distraction in the last half hour - scary and legendary.  I think he is utterly wonderful!
