Belted Kingfisher in the Rain

I debated whether to post this photo or not, given the quality.  I decided to go ahead, because my view of this kingfisher in person was also fuzzy.  It was pouring rain, but I decided to go out to look for photo subjects anyway.  I found this bird at the beach where the visibility was poor.  I expected to just find seagulls, so I was thrilled that this guy was there.
