Dessert

I had my parents stay for a few days with me, then my sisters and their families came today for an early Easter meal. My menu was simple, and mostly cold dishes so I could spend more time visiting instead of wrapped up in the kitchen preparing. These parfaits I made for dessert ahead of time. They were very rich, and used Bailey's Irish Cream. Yummy. A lovely day was had by all.
