Rainbow

A lovely morning , sat outside and had a cup of tea. It did feel abit cold but nice and sunny. Lots of bird song and skeins of geese flew overhead.
We planned a day in the garden but Mike needed to get some decking posts and concrete so it meant another trip to Inverness before we could get started. B&Q first and I bought some plants for the wildflower garden area I have planned, including cowslips, snakeshead fritillaries and geums.
Then to Wickes and with a trailer and car full headed home.
David had his MOT on his motorbike at Muir of Ord and just as we started the garden, yes you guessed it, the heavens opened with a heavy downpour. The rest of the afternoon was sunny with hail now and again.
In the evening we went to see Years and Years at the Ironworks. Really good atmosphere and a great light show too. We stood on the steps at the back so had a really good view.
