Gainsthorpe Deserted Medievel Village!

im not surprised it was deserted, it was rather cold and foggy up there this afternoon. Apparenty this used to be an important medievel village, situated only 400 meters from the Ermine Street ( one of the major roman roads leading to Lincoln). I didn't know it existed until today....see you learn something new every day :-) ok so all i saw was lumpy bumpy grass !! guess time team must have got bored!!
