A coach for every hero

Spent the day at Latimer helping promote The Coaching Academy's new initiative...a coach for every hero.
It aims to provide coaches to service men and women to help them through periods of change and transition.

As an ex service woman, who left the army after sustaining an injury I appreciate how challenging the transition into civilian life can be. It's not so much the loss of a job; it's the loss of your identity that's so often intrinsically linked to that career choice, particularly if it's a premature departure.

I'm volunteering my services. If you are a qualified coach you may want to consider giving up some of your time too.
