Tick Repellent

Back to work after a lovely Easter holiday - and a very busy day it was too.

After work, I had an appointment with the vet. Hero broke a nail, when we walked in the woods yesterday and since I needed to stop by the vet anyway to get some tick repellent tablets, I asked him to have a look at the nail too, to make sure it won't cause problems. 

The vet shaved the fur around the nail off to make sure there was no hidden problems and luckily he agreed - it looked ok. It just needed to be clipped very short, to prevent it from fraying, which could cause problems. All sorted and Hero is fit for fight again.

I came home - fed the dogs and gave them each a tick tablet - we are so ready for spring now :-D
