Cloud Explosion

Storm Katie passed through the Island overnight leaving behind a fair amount of damage and travel disruption. Some of the ferries had to be cancelled due to the high winds and rough seas. Luckily no real damage at home this time apart from an easily mended garden fence.
The day after was still windy with showers passing through rapidly so I braved the windchill down at the Esplanade where some spectacular cloud formations could be seen across the Solent. 
The clouds in the main mono image were particularly impressive and there was even a rainbow (included in the colour images in the extras.)
During the course of an hour I took many pics. all different which made it difficult to choose what to blip.
Now hoping for things to quieten down so I can get back to work in the garden.
