The size of a barn

Is what I'll be by the end of the Easter Holidays. Beth and Ed have been baking again. This time we have caramel pecan brioche. This for pudding after the most divine satay chicken curry and noodles.
She is home for just another few days and then it is back on Slimming World with a vengeance!
I have a free day on Thursday so am planning to get out for a really, really long hike!
