Trout

My friend's husband went fishing at Cregennan Lakes on Thursday night and caught six trout. He very kindly gave them to me, and I brought them back to Kent today (by freezing them, they managed to keep well enough).

They were absolutely delicious - much stronger taste than shop bought trout, and just fried in a little bit of butter.
