ENOGGERA RESERVOIR

Isn't it strange that a person can live for over 40 years in one place and yet never visit a nearby beauty spot? This is only 20 minutes drive away. 
The reservoir is the 2nd 19th century sure of water for the growing city. It is fed by streams from the D'Aguilar Range. 
There has been a very good wildlife reserve here where one may see platypus and quolls etc, but more recently the Government has developed this tiny beach that draws kids from all over. There are great waking tracks txt we will explore as the weather gets cooler.
