Cowage

It's Day 27 of my training for the Slow Ride to Turin. I've been so busy and the weather's been so atrocious that getting out on the bike has been difficult. Today it was a 30+ mile ride. The lovely chaps at SOANES have replaced the rear cassette and chain and I've adjusted the stem and handlebars to be much more comfortable. I've even bought one of those little saddle baggie things to store a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit, etc. This view of cows was snapped on my iPhone on the hill above Seaton, Devon.
