Parmesan, Olive and Tomato Bloomer

This is the sun-dried tomato and parmesan bread that I make regularly - today I added some olives and shaped it into a bloomer, just to ring the changes a bit. (Tony: "You should have made two of these - then you'd have had a pair of bloomers!")
