Apparently this is some big cheese west-coast coffee chain. It opened near our place this weekend, so I went to check it out and do my reading for class. My summary:

1. Overheard customer #1: "I like their concept"
2. Overheard customer #2: "These guys are going to decimate the shit out of the coffee scene here"
3. Customer #3 (me): mediocre coffee, overpriced, shortage of seats, only paper cups. But it was warm enough to read outside!
