quiet please - we are recording

‘The Band’ is busy recording a CD to take to Germany in the summer.  As 3/5ths of us live some 60 miles away in the wilds of Leicestershire, getting together is not always easy or convenient.  Except when we actually play.

This is my friend Neil and he and I spent the day recording our parts for the CD, which we will then send, by the wonders of modern technology, to the other three so that they can record their parts.  Thus we produce the CD without actually all having to be in the same room at the same time.

Some might argue that our gigs would be better like that as well.
