Tears and marbles

There were a fair few tears today. We had to say goodbye to an American family who have been a big part of our lives here. R&L were inconsolable as they've lost their best friend.

There were lots of tears from K when she got bitten on her cheek by the boy next door. It's hard to know how to deal with this as he's uncontrollable.

It was a joy to see Little J becoming increasingly confident with the local boys as they played marbles in the garden - a popular pastime here.
