All change at the Piece Hall

In 2016 one of the most extraordinary buildings in Britain – The Piece Hall in Halifax – will reopen following a £19 million conservation. It will herald the most dynamic new era for Halifax and Calderdale in generations. A long-held dream is about to be realised.
In the heart of the town since 1779, The Piece Hall will reopen in late Summer 2016, and will be a magnetic destination: a place where people meet and all paths cross for work, pleasure, business, leisure, arts and entertainment.
The Piece Hall will be a world-class destination filled with shops and restaurants, an events  programme and Heritage Interpretation Centre.
