Rock Star

So I'm working from home again today and run into IT issues.....grrrrr!

Anyway, MrsT and L return home after dinner and L puts in a Rock Concert with yours truly on Cuban drums.

I did manage an 11.25 km run today which was nice considering I only went out for 5km.

Body Balance tonight along with a brief weights session.
