LOST nearly 5:0lbs(9lbs best)
AIM: Under 14 stone by May.
(14:3 by April....and 14:2....before end of Easter hols)

Oh bum indeed! Did try this week but obviously not hard enough. A few celebration drinks to deal with and not enough sleep! Right another kick up the bum needed to move a pound or 2!
