Worm's Eye View

I spent the morning doing 'outdoor housework' - mostly extracting dead leaves from the base of plants. Which is how I came to be nose to nose with the daffodils. Whoever put in that beech hedge has a lot to answer for.

In the afternoon, we did 'proper gardening' - moved a large rhododendron. Will I ever learn to leave enough room for growth?
