Pasqueflower
Now that we have lighter evenings, I am able to fit in more gardening! It is so good to have a few hours after work to get busy at the allotment. So today I was able to get on with a bit of digging and weeding in the evening sunshine.
This is a shot of The Pasqueflowers which will be in bloom soon. As they are adapted to a cold climate such as Tundra, they are covered in fine silky hairs which act as insulation.
