All in a hard days play .....

A very early start for some riding training , a fabulous swim in the ocean , where near the shore there was no sweep so don't be alarmed and yes the water temperature was 25 degrees , followed by ( as the extra ) a great coffee in a room with a view ..... Feeling fortunate .....
