Super Colour

It's that tree again.... But the colours were so spectacular just before 8pm last night that I had to capture it. (Obviously it's still processed ;-)

Not a lot to report. I went to the gym last night, and worked hard. I did some giants, A bars, and a few little bits. I worked hard, and managed to bruise my thumb when the gloves and loops were a little too tight.

I'm enjoying getting up late, having a lovely bath in the morning, and generally just marching to the beat of my own drum. 

I had a lazy morning, ordered my new phone/upgrade, and then went to A's for my session in the afternoon. It was good, but it was a bit shorter than usual, and I was too polite to say. When I got home there was a voicemail from her apologising about the time confusion :-) She said she'll do a longer session next week, and I'm happy about that.

I went to gym again tonight, and it was really fun. I worked hard, and am determined to crack some skills I've abandoned. I'm quite sore from yesterday as well. 

A lot of general mucking about with friends always helps- my friend Chris taught me how to "fight like a guy" ;-) What can I say- I grew up with sisters, we never boxed/fought/wrestled!!!
